This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from the website operated by COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. General Information

COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED sells men’s clothing products through Shopify, using a third-party dropshipping model via Roposo Clout Dropshipping.
We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship products. All logistics, fulfillment, and returns are managed according to the operational policies of our third-party partners.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect from what was ordered.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the problem.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Products

For a product to be eligible for return or replacement:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must include original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear will not be eligible.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or return shipping.
The product must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving approval. Requests not completed within this timeframe may be cancelled.


4. Refund Process and Timelines

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product clears quality inspection by our fulfillment partner.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment gateway and bank policies.

  • Shipping fees, Cash-on-Delivery charges, and packaging costs are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund (excluding non-refundable charges) will be issued instead.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed by the fulfillment partner.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Refusing delivery without valid reason will be treated as an unauthorized return, and two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (if eligible).


6. Delivery and Logistics Issues

COINNECTED FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays or damage caused by courier services or third-party logistics providers.

  • Shipments lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery status update so that we can coordinate with logistics partners.
We cannot guarantee compensation for issues arising from inaccurate address details or unresponsive customers during delivery.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Direct exchanges are not supported due to the third-party fulfillment model.

  • In eligible cases, customers may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


8. Policy Updates

This Return and Refund Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website and placement of orders after such updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
